Adaptability shaped by global experience, drive forged through high-stakes transactions in Latin America, discipline and precision developed in the UK and Italy’s competitive engineering markets, and leadership strengthened in Houston’s dynamic construction sector combine to form a collective perspective, one that recognizes opportunity where others see uncertainty.

With a background in hospitality management and over 12 years of experience in sales and client relationship management across the U.S. and Latin America, Vanessa leads our Sales & Communications department with a proven track record of driving growth and forging lasting partnerships. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she exceeded sales targets, managed diverse accounts across transnational companies, and developed strategies that elevated client engagement and retention. At Alttura, she focuses on business development, shaping sales strategies, and enhancing communications to strengthen client relationships and drive long-term success.

As Executive Director of Alttura, Alfonso combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive growth and deliver high-value developments. He brings more than 20 years of international experience in real estate, finance, and construction, built on a foundation in economics and a Master’s in Finance from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Coming from an entrepreneurial family with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry, he has for many years led project planning, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, and investment structuring.

With nearly 20 years of international experience in business development, project management, and engineering, Diego has led major real estate and infrastructure initiatives across the U.S., Latin America, and the U.K. His expertise spans structural design in the oil and gas industry, construction oversight, project management, and strategic partnerships, blending technical knowledge with strong business acumen. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of French and Italian, he leads our Business Development and Sales Direction department, focusing on opportunity creation, investor relations, and long-term growth.

At Alttura, Dunia leads Administration and Finance, ensuring financial discipline and operational efficiency for the company’s real estate developments. Dunia has over 15 years of experience in administration, finance, and project coordination. She holds a degree in economics and a Master of Management from the Università degli Studi di Torino. She specializes in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and process optimization, with a proven track record in implementing systems and managing full-cycle projects.
